So who am I?
I am a full time, licensed NY realtor dedicated to providing an unparalleled real estate experience, with real service and real results. I am a 27 year resident of Westchester County, an Archbishop Stepinac High School graduate and a graduate of Pace University currently holding a BBA in Marketing Management. Throughout my college years, I worked with the Westchester County Police and interned at top companies. Upon graduation I grew as a marketing consultant, developing business strategies for my clients. All the while, I kept one eye on the corporate experience and the other on my love for real estate until one day, both eyes met right in the middle.. and I embarked on a path allowing me to do all the things I love: provide an extraordinary service centered around my clients, while creating lifelong relationships as I help them attain home ownership.

We all have heard the stories, watched the news, and read the depressing reports in the paper, but do we really know what is happening in our local markets, or are we influenced by national news reports generalizing the industry across the country? It's important to be able to trust the real estate professional you're working with to give you unbiased advice and consultations.
The truth is.. our local Westchester/Bronx market has suffered severely since the peak a few years ago. Many have lost their jobs, the county and local goverments are still laying off employees and businesses continue to close each month.
Q : So when is it going to get better?
A: Well, I don't have a crystal ball, but I DO have experience. My experience tells me that the market cannot pick up overnight. Due to the nature of real estate and the length of time it takes to effect the markets overall, it is almost impossible to have a V-shaped recovery. We have to stabilize before we can see any appreciation.
Q: Have we hit the bottom?
A: I don't think so, but I don't think we're far from it. We're in a time period where by the time we figure out when the bottom was, it would have already passed. That being said, it's probably a good time to buy. Interest rates are at an all time low, and there are some great opportunities out there today.
Q: I own a property and can't afford to keep up with payments. Can you help me?
You may have purchased your property within the past few years, or bought a while ago and refinanced recently and have realized your home is not worth even close to what you're paying each month..
